Want to sync Contact with gmail contact

Hello friends,

My requirement is as -

I want to develop a bidirectional Contacts Sync functionality with gmail or other email account with Sugar. Means if someone create contact in gmail then at that time it automatically create that contact in sugar or vice versa.If anybody knows the free module or some code or any ideas please let me know.

But this give me only one way sync functionality. I want 2 Way sync functionality,
MyCrm Google connector gives me sync my Sugar contacts to Google and not vice versa.

Please anybody having information about 2 way Sugar Contacts sync,please put on the Board
