Warning ... failed to open

few weeks ago I installed the romanian pack but I didn't liked it and I deleted it.
Now I receive the next error:

How did you delete it?
Did you clean user preferences?

From module loader -> uninstall
I didn't use clean user preferences

For some reason the old language pack is exposed in session and SugarCRM try to load it.
Can you login with some other user?
Edit config.php and update the attribute 'default_language':
'default_language' => 'en_us',
