Unhappy Warning message: getimagesize | PNG file corrupted by ASCII conversion

    Hello everyone,
I installed SugarCRM 5.5.1 today on my website, PHP v 5.2.13 Webserver Apache but I had some problem at the during the installation: it didn't show the SugarCRM logo, and at the end of the installation: When I enter in Sugar it doesn't charge the CSS, it doesn't show some icons, images and logos and on the top present this line:

Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: PNG file corrupted by ASCII conversion in /web/htdocs/www.xxxxx.com/home/include/MVC/View/SugarView.php on line 293

I don't know how to solve the problem, could you help me please?

    Thank you very much!

    Otto

Could it be that you uploaded the files through FTP in ASCII mode instead of binary?

    I don't know, maybe it's possible. I'll check and I'll tell you!

    Thanks!

The upload was in ASCII and reuploading in binary works.
Now I can see the images and there is no more the warning message. Thank you!

But one thing is still the same: it doesn't charge CSS styles.
In installation walkthrough it seems to be all correct and Sugar didn't show me any warning message.
Do you know what could be the problem?

The system info that I have are:
    Server: Linux
    MySQL: 5.0.82sp1-log
    Character set: UTF-8 Unicode
    Sugar version: 5.5.1

    Thanks!

I solved the problem simply by contacting my hosting provider and they installed Sugar correctly. I think I didn't had some permissions.

    Thanks!
