Warning while updating the latest patch with Sugar 4.5.1

Hello

I tried to install the latest patch for 4.5.1 in mt linux system and got the following error

Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in /home/cadams/public_html/sugar/dev2/SugarOS-Full-4.5.1e/modules/UpgradeWizard/end.php on line 106

what can be the issue?
will it create any problem if i continue installation?
