Warnnings on system settings tab [community 6.0)

Hello every one,

I tried to install Sugar community 6

after installlation i get theses messages on the system settings tab

Hi there i am not sure but it's possible to be a problem or right on files try to verify the permissions
try to change it to 755 or 777 just for try
