Help please!

I've created a web form with a custom textarea field labled RESUME. When I test this and try to add a couple pages of text into the RESUME field only the first 15 or so lines show up. The amount of text that is captured seems to vary from about 2 lines to 20 lines but the majority of the text is not visiable in the detailedview of the lead.
