    Default Web Frontend Helpdesk Troubleticket

    I'm looking for a way to have customers send message from website and have messages get managed by Sugar CRM.

    Currently I don't believe you can do this by default. I was reading that it might be possible by using something called SOAP with Sugar CRM. Also I heard there is a mambo plugin. However, I don't think I want to use mambo just to do this.

    I'm currently looking for something like OTRS to plugin to SugarCRM. I'm wondering if any of you have found a solution to this. SugarCRM seems like a great offline program but many of us have customers that use email and the web, I would like to see more online integration with customers.

    So have any of you found an online solution to helpdesk issue?

    Group Inbox functionality can be configured to classify incoming email as Lead / Case / Bug etc. by users / admin. This is a very useful collaborative tool though not as powerful as any standalone Ticket syatem like OTRS.
