i am having a web form consists of 4 -5 fields.if i submits the form,then it has to create a lead with those details...

But i need for accounts module.i am using sugarcrm6.0.i creating just single form outside of sugarcrm,when i submit form,those fields have to create new account in sugarcrm.

what is process to do like that?

There is no functionality for this in SugarCRM. You would have to write a script that used web services to do this. You would have to do something like what is described here
