We recently deployed the Web To Lead form on our web site. When we started testing, it works intermittently, one time it will give us an error message, yet it still passes the information into sugar, all except the prospects email address. Later we come back to the form to test and it works fine providing our thank you page and passing all the data. Has anyone come across this and if so is this something that happened rarely and our we over reacting? Our consultant seems to think it is one of those things that will only happen once in a great while. Below is the error message when our thank you page will not display and the email address is omitted in the data that passes. Any help would be great!
