Dear All

I'm new to SugarCRM and have a small problem. I had created a basic Web to Lead form and published it on my webserver. It worked great.

So I decided to add a bunch of custom field to my Leads, to capture data that is specific to my company.
When I create a new lead I can fill out all these fields and all is working fine.
After that I created a new Web to Lead form that included some of these customfields. I can fill out the form just fine, I can submit it , but there is absolutely no trace of any new lead being created in my SygarCRM system.

Any help/advice on where I can start debugging this issue is greatly appreciated !
