Web to lead... Rotation? Group?

Well looking to implement web to lead captures, yay.

Oh wait, each capture goes to one user....

I need them to either go round-robin or into a group, but haven't ever dealt with groups. I also need the people in this group e-mailed, so I'd rather use Sugar and let it's assignment e-mails be sent.

Any ideas?


I could drop it into a group or an empty user, and write a process that will reassign them and mail the user it has been assigned to.... it's probably a few hours to write, debug, and get production, but was hoping sugarcrm had something a little more built in.

The Round Robin assignment module referenced in my sig is designed specifically for this purpose.

However I got it working with some tweaks.

I took a little risk and opened the file and added a line to the manifest .php

'acceptable_sugar_versions' => array(
'regex_matches' => array(
0 => '5\.2\.0.*',
1 => '5\.5\.*',
2 => '6\.3\.1*',

It worked great. The program is still a little bit glichie but it workes for us!
