Ok i have now set up my web to lead. in there i have a checkbox field where i ask.

Do you want to receive emails from me?
He then check this and i get the new lead where i then bombard him with my company info via email.
Two weeks later i get a letter from his lawyer who sues me for spamming?????

Yeah we can fight the fight hat it was not him who entered the data etc but what i am interested in is the actual info written from the web to lead to the database where he clicked. Could that form be saved?Mailed or someting with a timestamp be done and saved to his name on the system?
