WebtoLead Form - create a Contact not Lead

Is it possible to create a new account and contact directly from a web form rather than create a lead? I have a customer that does not wish to spend time converting 'Leads' . Basically they recieve requests to join their mailing list and these need to go directly into the contacts database.

Yes but you would have to write your own and talk to the SOAP api in SugarCRM. Look in http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...e=Web_Services for more information on the SOAP API interface. The Lead capture form only inserts into Leads.
