Weird behaviour when using contact export in 5.2.0

I am using 5.2.0, mySQL, PHP 5, apache. When exporting contacts I get some pretty wierd behaviour.

Any contact that has a complete adress (street, city country) in it will create empty lines in the exported file, meaing that I have to work through the export to correct it to make it usable. A bit of a nuisance.
Have checked and doublechecked all UTF settings, to no avail. I have also tried to change the delimiter.
Have looked at the .csv file in notepad, the problem is there, so it is not excel 2007 acting up.
Any tip would be much appreciated and save me hours.....
