We are seeing some very weird things in our SugarCRM instance. We are on 6.0.1, and we host it in-house and have done so for over 3 years now. Recently, we are receiving some weird issues with a custom module. When you navigate to the module's list view, the table of data that is normally full has no data in it. There are several table rows, but they are all empty with no data.

I've been able to narrow the issue to something weird that is going on when the custom module's cache folder is being rebuilt. The cached vardef file that gets generated when the cache is rebuilt doesn't contain everything that should be there; however, if we turn on developer mode, when the cached vardef file gets regenerated, it contains twice the amount of data. With developer mode on, the system works just fine and the issue described in the first paragraph does not occur.

Any ideas what might be happening here? Anyone seen this issue before?
