What happened to the Import Wizard?

I have a sugar instance that has been upgraded several times from the original version. Apparently because of this I can no longer uninstall modules carried over during the upgrade. I also need to re-work my fields and get rid of several custom fields that are no longer needed, so I need to dump everything to a csv and then load it into a fresh sugar install using the import wizard so I can select the fields I want to import, rather than doing a sql dump and restoring from that. I know I've used the Import Wizard before in version 4, but now I can't seem to find it in any of the version 5 series. I'm currently running 5.5beta CE edition.

You're right, I mixed that up sorry. I have a 5.5beta2 instance for developement which I'm also using to work out how to best do my migration from my current production instance which is 5.1.0a, into a fresh 5.5 install (once available). The problem is simply that over the last couple of years I've had several add-on modules that I want to get rid of but are now "locked in" due to upgrades. Using SQL dumps these modules carry over and I don't know enough to comfortably remove them manually. What I've always done in the past to keep it clean is export to CSV and then use the import wizard to import just what I want into a fresh install. Was the import wizard removed from CE? I've seen recent articles regarding use of the import wizard but no reference to supported versions. Am I just looking in the wrong place? Has it been moved?
