    Question What is the mainest role of leads?

    Can I hide them at all.
    My chifs told me to do it to simplify.
    Our managers suppose contacts and accounts are ample.

    Yes, it is possible to hide that module. You can accomplish it by removing access to the Leads tab for all users.
