Hi ,

What is new version in sugarCRM?
In which version we can have 'Team Management' option?

And can u explain what is the use of 'Team Management' option in sugarCRM?

The current version if 4.2d

Team management is in the Professional Edition.

Team management allows you to group users into teams. And allows you to assign items to teams (accounts, contacts, cases etc.) so that only other teams members can access them. It also allows you to set up specific team reports and report of team functionality (reports are another feature in the Professional version)
