There are serious lacks in proper integration of Activities features, to the leads and account modules.
To me a CRM would mean setting leads up for further contact, via calls and appointments quickly, as multiple leads can be assigned to team members. There should be features available to schedule and manipulate calls/appointments en masse, rather than one by one, through the tedious edit function.
An ajax diven calendar would also be highly desirable.
