What permissions should I activate to allow a user assign a task to other user

Hello, I´m using version 5.2 with spanish language pack.

When I try to assign a task to other user (with a non admin account), I get the error that I have no permissions to do that.

I have checked that user role, and it has permissions "all" in task and proyect task (except in delete).

Wich other permissions should I activate to allow a user assign a task to other user

Did you repair roles? Are you using the security suite by any chance?

I repaired roles, and now it works fine.
