Question What is the simplest way to implement record sharing between users in 5.0.0a?

    Hello,

    Using Sugar release 5.0.0a.

Looking for the easiest way to have a 'common' set of records for 2 users. In other words, I need both of these users to be able to view/edit all Account, Lead, Contact, Opportunity information at any time.

I also need each of these same users to be able to flag certain items when necessary that they do NOT want shared.

I have toyed around with several ideas with no success.

Can someone please give me a few pointers or point me to a previous thread I may have missed that covers this? I realize I am probably missing something basic, so please be nice :-)

    Many many TIA,

    Mike

    Hi, Mike.

Fot versions before 5.0 there is the TeamsOS which perform this action, for 5.0 not yet.

    Cheers
