Tracker table stores each action performed by any user.
It enable you identify who did what and when on system.
There is a scheduled job to prune the track table periodically. You can edit this job in order to prune tracker table more frequently.

Time Tracker is a simple tool to keep track of the time you spend on any task.
Think of it as a to-do-list with a clock.
