What's the difference between New Contact and Business Card??

I'm not sure where this was supposed to be posted, so I thought Help would be a good place.

Can someone tell me the difference between using New Contact (like a new person at a new company) and using Business Card? From looking at it, and guessing, it seems the Card method is just quicker and gets the priority information in where New Contact contains a lot more information on the initial screen. Is this correct? I take it I can go back to Contacts and fill in the rest of the information after using Business Card??

Hi Tom, you are correct.

Appears Business Card is only info that you could see from having the physical business card in your hand.

As you stated, you can then go back to the record and make changes as necessary.
