Where is Accounts -> MassUpdate -> change assigned_user save handled?

I need to add code to update all contacts and opportunities associated with accounts that are massupdated with a new assigned_user.

Where can I find this particular save function.

i.e.

When a company's assign_user is changed via massupdate, all associated contacts and opportunities related to that company need to have their assigned_users changed also.

I'd like to incorporate the change log for contacts/opportunities also if possible.


But first I need to find where this is being handle.
