I assume you want to change the site url. You can change it in the site_url variable of config.php . You can find the config.php in the root folder of sugar.

If you accessed the sugarcrm previously like http://192.88.1.100/sugar and assume 192.88.1.100 is your old ip. Lets assume, assume 192.88.1.101 is your new ip. Now you need to access the same by http://192.88.1.101/sugar . The best thing is use localhost instead of ip address.

Yes i know what you meen ,...and i do it as well,...but i dont come on the startscreen of sugarcrm,...it only shows me a blank site finished.....
my old IP adress was http://192.178.188.30/sugarand now i have http://192.178.188.33/sugar,... in the install txt file on sugarcrm i read http://192.178.188.30/sugar ,...so i think i must change it directly in the folders....

. Create new folder in the root and create a index.php with a simple php code like echo. Now test whether the folder is accessible to you with the new ip. Also make sure apache is running.
