Where can I find the missing items

Debian 5.0
MySQL-Server 5.0.51a-24+lenny2
apache2 2.2.9-10+lenny6
php5-mysql 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny3


According to the manual;

My Accounts ->

User Settings:- (it lists following items)

Accounts
Contacts
Opportunities
Leads
Meetings
Calls
Tasks
Cases
Bugs
Quotas (not shown)
Knowledge Base (not shown)
Campaigns
Projects

However on Sugarcrm
"My Account: (page)
Users:

Quotas and Knowledge Base are missing.

Clicking "Edit" tab still can't find above missing items.

Please advise where can I find it if I need adding them there. TIA

Thanks for your advice.

I'm following that manual learning SugarCRM community edition. It is not easy for me to follow that manual. Some of the diagram are not updated and other not referring to the software of community edition. I have been looking around for a manual of community edition. Do you know where can I find it. TIA
