I found the source...when the lead was converted...all my call history for that lead was transfered to the contact area...so, I went into the "Confugure Tabs" area and chose to hide the contacts tab - not a smart idea, because calls are still being duplicated, and I need the contacts tab now to fix this problem...how do I get the contacts tab back??
