you should have received a username and password to log into the sugarcrm homepage. Click on the 'My Account' link, then click 'Download Manager' under 'My Orders'. You will then be prompted to enter your license key. Once you do this, you will be redirected to a page with all the downloads available. Find the appropriate one for your instance. You will then be able to download the Outllook plugin. You can save this file and forward it to all the users that will need to have it installed. Any user that needs the Outllok plugin needs to install the program on their computer. There should also be instructions for the Outlook plugin you can download as well
