Where is 'Leave message on server' gone ?

Hi,

How do I tell Sugar to delete messages from the mail server by default?
I do not want the user to have to check that checkbox on importing mails.
I've looked everywhere I can think of, including the doc
I found information and screenshots, but even when logged in as an administrator, I cannot see the 'Leave message on server' checkbox or 'advanced' settings options.

On the step to 5.0.0 this feature was removed.
