Where is "My Account"-data saved?

I am trying to figure out, where the data from "My Account" is being saved.
I check the users and user_preferences table.
But can't find what I am looking for.

Can someone please give me a hand?

Most of the data is from 'Users' table,may be some other tables are involved.

The field I am looking for a regional configuration field.
how the dat is being displayed.
So would be the date format.
I want to change it for all the users from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY.
changing it in the adminpanel does not change the format for all the created users.

It is stored in "user_preferences" table, and it is serialized. So we can't modify it directly.

So how could I set this value to DD/MM/YYYY for all users?
Got about 200 users and doing it one by one would take quite a time...
