Where is "portal only user" in 5.2.0

I've installed 5.2.0 for a client, and the "portal only user" option is gone from the user management... as is the "Customer Self-Service Portal" option from system settings?

what they hey? do i need to downgrade or is this hidden somewhere? Maybe paid-version-only feature now?

Always was a paid for only feature ... but there are plenty of other ways to skin the cat .... joomla is a great front end for sugar via the SOAP API.
