Are all versions of sugar available from the sugarcrm site?

I was looking for 5.2e

I went to the previous versions page http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/?group_id=6 but it is not there

In the end I got it from http://ftp.heanet.ie/disk1/sourceforge/s/su/sugarcrm/ but I thought all versions of sugar were available from the previous version page

Am I missing something?
