White page after loading custom module

Hi,

I customized contacts and accounts modules with studio and exported these customization (attached)

When I load these into a new SugarCRM installation (same version, same configuration), I get a white page whenever I try to log onto this instance. No way then to repair or uninstall.

What could be wrong in this module? What can I do to repair this installation

My configuration:
SugarCRM Community Edition 5.0.0g
French language pack: SugarCRM-5.0.0g-LangPack-fr_FR-2008-08-04
Firefox
Apache 2.0.59
PHP 5.2.5
MySQL 5

Take a look at the error_log of apache.

I believe there is some error in php code.
