I have been using sugarcrm for about a year now and everything was ok. Suddenly, Sugarcrm don't work. It just shows a blank white page with no error.

It just shows a blank white page with no error.

This looks like a timeout issue to me. If possible, try increasing your server limits (Apache timeout, PHP max_execution_timeout).

Hello,

I am still stuck and my crm still give empty white page. I downloaded a copy to run locally in my ubuntu. I still get the white page.

Any suggestion?

You can check the installed extensions by creating a simple php script like that:

 <?PHP
phpinfo();
?>  

When you access this script inside your browser it will display all php information, including installed extensions.

Additional informations:
what is the version of your SugarCRM instance?
What is the version of installed php?

I don't think it is from extension because the crm was working ok and I installed 5.5.0 in my local server with no problems.
