Why does Sugar 5.0K is not creating private teams?

Please help me out with this situation, I couldn't be able to know if this was already answered in another thread.

Supposedly, "Sugar creates private team for every user automatically". That is not happening all times.

What am I missing? How can I fix it? It is not the same creating a "private team" manually.

Hi,

try login as admin and go to system > repair > repair teams.
it should create all the private team and link up to user.
