Default Why is my sugar looks like this?

    Hello Experts,
I installed sugar CRM latest from sugar web community version.
I tried to install several times, but every time I got this issue,
I mean, sugar classic theme wont load any css files,

the folder permissions are 755 to all folders,

    and here is a screenshot.

    How can I resolve it?
    thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Set a permission 777 to cache/themes.

It seems to be permission issue only.
    Thumbs up.

One (or both) of these commands should correct it:

    chmod -R 755 <sugar>/cache

    and/or

    chown -R apache.apache <sugar>/cache
