I'm currently running sugar 4.5h on win 2003, apache 2.0.59, Mysql 5.0.24 but have been having a couple of problems. One is that we can see forum postings (sugar forums module) but cannot read them. The other is an odd one. The 2003 server keeps getting regular Apache errors (although they seem to have no impact on the rest of sugar). In digging a bit further I've discovered it's a problem with php 4.4.3.3. I now see that 5.1.4 is the recommended build. So, my questions are:

1. Should I replace apache with IIS - how do I do this - is it as simple as copying some apache files over?
2. Should I upgrade php to 5.2 (not 5.1.4)
3. What order should I do this in - apach to IIS then php upgrade?
4. Does the php/apache/iis situation have some impact on the forurms module?

Any help much appreciated.
