Default Word mailmerge plugin help for printing labels

I am using SugarCRM 5.0b with the Word plugin. I am trying to define a template in Word that prints addresses on Avery 5160 labels. The problem I am having is that I cannot get it to print all of the records. My page setup in Word has a label sheet and then the criteria generated by the plug in on the first label. If I do a merge using the Sugar plugin within Word, it prints on just the first label and then goes to the next page for the next contact. I thought I'd be smart and copy the criteria to each label on the page, but then I get a full page of Mickey Mouse on page 1 and a full page of Donald Duck on the next page. How do I set up the Word template to print the names one right after another on the label page?

Thanks. This is probably more of a Word question than Sugar, but I figured someone here has run into this before.

Sorry, I got it to work. In case anyone else was wondering about this, you have to have a <<Next Record>> tag in there.

    My first label looks like:
    «Contacts_first_name» «Contacts_last_name»
    «Contacts_primary_address_street»
    «Contacts_primary_address_city», «Contacts_primary_address_state» «Contacts_primary_address_postalcode»

The rest of the labels on the page look like:
    «Next Record»
    «Contacts_first_name» «Contacts_last_name»
    «Contacts_primary_address_street»
    «Contacts_primary_address_city», «Contacts_primary_address_state» «Contacts_primary_address_postalcode»

On the subject of printing labels I would have to admit that I never really had much luck with my label printer. I spent all my time messing around with the printer and it still never printed any decent looking labels. In the end I decided to give up on the whole DIY approach and I found a british labels company to do my label printing for me, they saved me so much hassle.

I can't get this to work. I add the next record field in my word template (word 2007) and the result is that it still prints the same name all over the sheet but adds the text "next record" What am I doing wrong. I need to print name badges for leads registered for an event.
