i am pulling my hair out. we had a system failure and after the restore we can no longer use the word plug in. we get the error message "you must log in at least once ...." when we try to create a template and if we use and existing template there are no accounts listed. i suspect that it may be a configuration issue but i just don't see it. the word plug in "logs in" - the log in menu item is grayed out. if i use an invalid user id or password it does return an error message saying that the user id or password is incorrect. i don't know enough about how the word plug in communicates with sugar but it sure seems like it must a configuration error. i have logged a case about this but i was hoping someone here might have some more input or pointers as to where i could look.
