Hi everyone.
I'm really hoping for some help here. I've installed SugarOS, activated the mail merge function under Admin and for the user. I have installed the 30 day trial of Word plugin. I'm using Win Vista and Office 2007. Installation went fine and I can log in and plot the fields I want to merge with into my template.
So far so good. Now, when I'm trying to mail merge from word or directly from Sugar (I also uploaded the template) then only Accounts_name is merged - the rest returns errors with the field doesn't exists in the data. Today I tried again and no fields would merge. I checked and doublechecked that the fields contains data. The word plugin also made word crach and I've experienced that only sometimes could I select mail merge directly from word. Often mail merge is grayed out / not selectable.
So as you can see... help is needed. I really want to use SugarOS but I need some mail merge functionality that is easy to use.
I hope you guys and girls have some idears of what could be wrong.
