I am working on updating our sugar crm instance from 5.1.0b to 5.5.1. The upgrade went fine, but now when the users try to do a mail merge it fails. The word document is a blank page. I tried created a new word document and uploading the template and then running the mail merge on the new document and it works.
Any clue as to why the word documents made in 5.1.0b aren't working now that we've updated to 5.5.1?
Update:
When I view the cache/upload folder i noticed the filesize is 0 for the file that was created by the mail merge.
