I have setup a workflow to do some actions & alerts when the Assigned To field value changes.

The action, setting a custom date field value, works fine.

The alert uses a Custom Template. I use the "Alert Recipient List" feature to add the recipients who I want alerted.

I have the new Assigned To user first, then the old Assigned To user and finally the new Assigned To user's manager. The system sends the email to the first user fine, but not the other two. The other two are set to be CC'd, but there is nothing there.

Is this a bug with the CC feature and I should just change them to To? Or is it a bug with the multiple recipients and I can't send it to more than 1?
