Hello, I am wondering if this is a possible bug regarding workflow emails sent out to multiple recipients using a single custom template. My build is Professional, 6.1.1 and the problem I am having is this:
Creating a workflow that has a single alert, with the recipients being contacts (2 of them) attached to an Account (the target module). The custom Template has the dynamic field of the 'contacts_name' contained attached to the alert. Now, when I execute this workflow, it sends out the two emails (one for each contact).
However, it only fills in ONE of the contacts details and uses those details in the other email. i.e. contact 1 gets email of contact 1's details, where as contact 2 also gets an email of contact 1 details.
This did not happen in previous builds, so I am inetrested if anyone has had this issue and if so have they raised it as a bug?
