Hi,

I have a workflow that I am using to alert the assigned user that the ARD of an account is approaching. At intervals of 4weeks, 2weeks and 1week.

So I have three workflow created that will check the date and if it in less then 4weeks sens and email, again when it is less then 2weeks send an email and when it is less then 1weeks send an email.

I am currently just testing this and for an Account with an ARD date of the 17-01-2010 I am getting a 4weeks and 2weeks alert email everytime the scheduler runs (every minute) should I not only get 1 alert for less then 4 weeks, and one for less then2 and then another one for less then 1 week????
