Workflow link missing from admin panel in v5.5RC4

Hi,
I am new user to sugarCRM, trying to customize sugar as per our client needs. I wanted to user workflow for showing validation messages before save. But to my surprise i failed to find "workflow' link from the admin panel of my SugarCRM Community Edition V 5.5 RC4. If i had to ugrade it to V 5.5 GA, than wht update should i take or i will have to re-install 5.5GA full and get rid of RC4.

I would thank for any suggestions or help would, since me being a new bee in this Sugar field all of the help would be more than welcome.

It is only available in Professional and Enterprise Editions....

If you need workflow, you should try Process Manager available in the sugarforge
