Hi All,

I'm running Sugar CRM 4.0.1c Professional version. I'm trying to setup workflow rules. The rule is simple (if email is sitting there for 2 hours then email someone to tell them to look into it).

I am setting up the scheduler and it appears to be running but the process is stuck in "InProgress" and no workflow alerts are fired. I can't find an error log or any detail as to what is happening.

Does anyone know how to manually run the scheduler? I'm hoping this might reveal some php error msgs and clue me in on why this isn't running to completion. Has anyone had an issue like this?
