Workflow and subpanel question

Hi I am having a nightmare trying to implement a workflow
I am using Sugar 5.2 Prof.

Here is the aim of what we are doing
Once a call is created with subject "xyz", then email all those on invite list a specific template email.

Since there is a many to many relationship between calls and invites (contacts) there is no way (that i can see) how to link to send the email to everyone through the built in workflow. I have no php knowledge.

I know how to use the alerts for related fields, but it only seems to work for fields that have a one to many or one to one relationship.

Please help
