workflow - "There is no action by that name"

hi.

I'm trying to create a workflow so that I can be alerted when a new web enquiry is imported into the leads module.

However, when trying to set up the conditions of the workflow and press "When a field in the target module changes to or from a specified value" I get a blank page with the words "There is no action by that name"


Any help will be good to resolve this.

Am on sugar pro 5.5.0

I also seem to be getting a parse error:

when using the web to lead form
