Good morning.

I created a brand new sugar stack with mysql. sugar v5f.
in sugarcrm professional i used the module builder to create a new module called document checklist, and created relationshipes with contacts.

Then in case type dropdown added a new type called ill health.
went to workflow and created a new one for cases. new
condition = when case type = ill health

action

create module associated with target module. contacts - document checklist.

then create a new member = p van zyl
new company and relate member to company = paulco.
Then create a new case called test case - case tpe ill health. = nothing - nada.

then i checked the new module from contacts. click on create new document checklist' give name and save. then a plain white page appears. have to press back three times.

did repairs and relationships the whole tutie. tried again. the same.

any help? suggestions?
