It should be noted that we are using the Lotus Notes connector plug in. We are having an issue in Sugar with both Archived emails and emails composed under activities. This issue shows up regardless if the Lotus Notes connecter is used or not.

If you link an email to an account and not a contact, either by linking them with the Lotus notes connecter search feature or archiving the email within Sugar, Sugar is automatically associating a completely unrelated contact (under another account). . I have found that particular contacts show up over and over again, and are then iassociated with the emails, but are contacts related to a completely different account, and as such was not selected. It seems to select particular contacts over and over rather than random unrelated contacts. It does not send the contact an email.

Any thoughts on what may be happening?????
